Rouage is French for a gear: one of the small parts inside a mechanism that keeps everything else moving. That is how we think about AI in a company. Specific parts, each doing one job well, fitted to the machine you already run.
Built by hand, for one business at a time
We don't sell a platform. Every agent and workflow we deliver is built for the client in front of us, using their tools, their data and their way of working. That takes longer than installing a template. It also means the thing works on day one.
Our team is a mix of software engineers and people who have run operations, finance and sales teams. We have done the manual work we now automate, which helps when we ask how a process really runs.
